Theme - all that is, has been - all that will be, is now.
We are all one. We don't monopolise air, water, land. We don't have to try to connect, we already are. We need to recognize it and live within it.
Faith - also shared.
Access to God - shared.
Opportunity to pray and worship - shared.
We ARE one.
Invitation to focus on what we have in common, rather than on what divides.
What divides us?
Dog people vs cat people
Sports teams
Politics
Gender
Worldview
Religion
BIGGEST one. 90% of world's conflicts over time have had religious basis.
Why? We all have the "love one another" rule somewhere in there.
If we let it pervert us, we do everyone a disservice.
So let's rather focus on community-building.
Celebrating God's love and opportunity.
Delighting in Jesus' promise - that the love with which God loved Jesus may be in all of us, as the Christ is in all of us.
Come together. Right now. Over Christ.
